Returns And Refunds
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK)

Customers in the EU and UK have a 07-day “cooling‑off” period starting from the day of receipt. You can return products like electric bikes or scooters for any reason, even if they work perfectly, as long as you inform us within 07 days. You then have another 07 days to return the product.

You’ll receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of our receiving the returned item or proof of return.
2. Faulty or Misdescribed Items (EU, UK)

If your purchase is faulty, damaged, or doesn’t match the description, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under EU and UK consumer rights.

In the UK, within 30 days of delivery, you can demand a full refund. After that, but within 6 months, you can choose a repair or replacement. If that fails, a refund is required.

Under EU law, there’s a minimum 2‑year legal guarantee for conformity: repair, replacement, or refund must be provided if goods are defective or not as advertised.
3. United States Returns

The US has no unified federal return law—practices vary by state. A 30-day return window is common and widely accepted by customers.

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return (except for faults), items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

The odometer/display on e‑bikes or scooters should show fewer than 10 km when returned.

5. Shipping Costs

For faulty or misdelivered items, we cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are generally responsible for the return shipping—unless stated otherwise.
6. Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method as standard.

In EU/UK, offering store credit is okay, but the customer must always have the right to a cash refund if they prefer.
7. Preventing Return Fraud

We require proof of purchase and maintain return tracking to minimize fraudulent activity.
